Ever notice that after you learn a new word, suddenly you start to see that word everywhere? For me, it has been Designer Jewelry elements. I recently bought an old antique buffet for the dining room and when my professional-jewelry-designer friend saw it, he pointed to the carvings on the legs and said, "I really admire those curlicues. I make my living off of curlicues, and those are some really great ones."
